I have that trouble all the fourth dimension. Yes, there is a clip that needs to exist opened get-go. Simply, that is often not enough and pulling on the cables difficult may crusade damage.
What I practise is use a thin screwdriver to pry autonomously the cable from the motherboard a little at a fourth dimension while holding the clip so that information technology is non latched. Eventually, you tin can pull the whole cable out.

Yous know at that place is that little clip that holds the connector and the plug together, right? Only aye, some PSU connector really practise sit tight.
If that doesn´t piece of work endeavor to go a closer look on where exactly it is stuck.

At that place's a fiddling tab on the plastic connector that must be pinched in order to remove the cable from the lath. It should be on the outside-facing side of the connector (towards the outside edge of the board). Squeeze/pinch that, and gently pull on the plastic connector - not the wires.

I have that problem all the time. Yeah, in that location is a prune that needs to be opened get-go. Only, that is ofttimes not enough and pulling on the cables hard may cause damage.
What I do is employ a thin screwdriver to pry apart the cable from the motherboard a little at a time while holding the clip so that it is not latched. Eventually, you can pull the whole cable out.

I take that trouble all the time. Aye, in that location is a clip that needs to exist opened first. But, that is often not plenty and pulling on the cables hard may cause harm.
What I practice is apply a thin screwdriver to pry apart the cable from the motherboard a trivial at a time while holding the prune so that it is not latched. Somewhen, you lot can pull the whole cable out.
